2nd NLRB Facebook ALJ Decision

Today, in Knauz BMW, an NLRB ALJ determined that an employee had engaged in protected concerted activity on facebook, but was fired for other, unprotected facebook activity. Additionally, the ALJ ruled that the Employer's handbook contained unlawful provisions.

This is the second ALJ decision in a case that hinges on protected activity over social media. The first was Hispanics United of Buffalo.
